– Dubbed Parva Mea, it costs a whopping €6 million (approximately US$7.18 million USD.
– Crafted from semi-shiny alligator skin embellished with 10 white gold butterflies and a diamond-paved clasp, the bag was unveiled to raise awareness of the need to protect our oceans that are increasingly threatened by non-biodegradable plastics.
– Four of the butterflies on the bag are adorned with diamonds, whilst another three are set with sapphire and the rest with Paraiba tourmalines – totalling over 130 carats.
– The design and gems on the bag are inspired by the sea.
