Finally, a lightweight titanium exhaust system that delivers performance and affordability with stunning looks and manufacturing quality which enhances the appearance of the Aprilia RS660 and Tuono 660 models. This exhaust system is a no-compromise competition exhaust system that provides a modest improvement in power and won’t restrict what a tuner can achieve on a dyno.
To retain the motorcycle’s aesthetics, fixed brackets are supplied so that the OEM cover can be reattached, or if you prefer not, we can produce a system without brackets on request.
Titanium?
The surface finish is a natural brushed finish that, when heated, changes to an iridescent blue and red. Unlike stainless steel, Titanium won’t stain, corrode or ever need polishing due to Titanium’s high acid and salt resistance which also dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, further safeguarding against extended heat soaking into body panels when stationary.
